LA CASONA RESTAURANT
It was the idea of Doña Gloria, professional chef and Colombian mother, to open a restaurant of Colombian food in the city of Central Falls, Rhode Island.
She wants to share her knowledge on Colombian food with the people of her comunity, brings them something different and new, so she went for it, along with the support of her three sons, the Tabares bro.
It was not an easy task, but thanks to Doña Gloria’s experience as a professional chef, her effort and family work, this idea became a reality on May 8th, 2006.
After opening its doors, La Casona Restaurant has been for Doña Gloria, her family and her guests, more than a restaurant, a home, and a place of meetings and family celebrations.
